As part of the Arab Network for Early Childhood’s (ANECD) commitment to following the news and progress of our partners, we present to you the 2025 Impact Report released by International Rescue Committee (IRC)/ Sesame Workshop. This report highlights a historic year in which the nonprofit reached a record 340 million households across 190 countries, successfully navigating global funding challenges through strategic new partnerships.

The report also details Sesame’s dedication to emotional well-being, featuring a reimagined 56th season focused on kindness and compassion. Beyond educational programming, the organization provided essential bilingual resources to families affected by natural disasters such as floods and wildfires. With the upcoming 2026 launch of a massive free digital library on YouTube, Sesame Workshop continues to ensure that high-quality early learning remains accessible to children everywhere.
