Hiba El Hajj/ Lebanon: Evaluation and Development Consultant

12 October 2026

It has been more than 25 years since I last met Youssef, but the depth of a connection is not measured in years. There are people who remain in our thoughts even if our paths crossed only briefly. Youssef’s presence at the Arab Resource Collective (ARC) was remarkable in its gentle modesty, and I will never forget his wide, warm smile during his visit from London.

May all these beautiful memories endure in his absence. My deepest condolences to all his loved ones.
