Majd Albeltaji/ Jordan: Regional Partnerships, Policy, Advocacy and Communications Lead on Early Childhood Development (ECD) International Rescue Committee (IRC)

12 October 2026

Please accept my heartfelt condolences. His lifelong dedication to advancing child rights and early childhood development has left a remarkable legacy, and it is clear from your words how deeply he touched the lives of so many as a colleague, mentor, and friend.

My thoughts are with you, Youssef’s family, and everyone at Arab Resource Collective (ARC) and Arab Network for Early Childhood (ANECD) during this difficult time.
